We believe every love story deserves to be beautifully documented. Once each year, we open applications for one couple to receive our signature wedding photography experience through our Open Investment Experience.

Please review the following eligibility requirements before applying.

Eligibility

• Wedding must take place during the 2027 calendar year.

• Applications must be submitted during the official application window. Late applications cannot be considered.

• Couples must have a confirmed wedding date before applying.

• Weddings may take place anywhere in the United States or internationally. Travel costs outside our included travel area may apply unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Both partners must be at least 18 years of age.

• Applicants must be willing to sign our standard wedding photography agreement.

• Applicants must be comfortable with their images being shared on our website, social media, blog, and other marketing materials.

• Couples must complete the application in full. Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.

Selection Process

One couple will be selected based on the overall fit for this opportunity. We consider many factors, including your story, wedding plans, location, availability, and the information provided in your application. The amount you are able to invest is only one part of the selection process and is not the sole determining factor.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Investment

As part of your application, you will be asked what investment feels comfortable for your photography budget. There is no minimum required amount. We simply ask that your response reflects what you can genuinely and comfortably invest.

What's Included

The selected couple will receive our wedding photography experience, with details customized to fit their celebration. Final coverage, travel arrangements, and deliverables will be discussed before booking.

What is the Open Investment Experience?

Each year, we select one couple to receive our wedding photography experience through a unique opportunity that allows them to choose an investment that fits their budget. Our goal is to make meaningful, timeless wedding photography accessible to one deserving couple while celebrating an incredible love story.

How does the "Open Investment Experience" work?

As part of your application, you'll tell us what you're comfortably able to invest in your wedding photography. There is no required minimum. We ask only that your response reflects what genuinely fits your budget.

Is the couple with the lowest or highest investment automatically selected?

No. Your proposed investment is only one part of the application. We also consider your story, wedding plans, location, availability, and the overall fit for this experience.

Can anyone apply?

You must have a confirmed 2027 wedding date and meet the eligibility requirements listed on this page. We welcome applications from couples celebrating anywhere in the United States and beyond.

Do I need to have my venue booked?

Yes. Your wedding date and venue should be confirmed before applying so we can verify our availability and accurately plan for your celebration.

What is included?

The selected couple will receive professional wedding photography by Beth + Brian Hogan. Coverage and final deliverables will be discussed before booking and outlined in your photography agreement.

Are travel costs included?

Travel within our standard service area is included. Weddings requiring extended travel or overnight accommodations may involve additional travel costs, which will be discussed before booking.

Will you choose based on financial need?

This experience is not based solely on financial need. We look at each application as a whole and select the couple whose story, celebration, and vision are the best overall fit.

When will applications open?

Applications open on **August 1** and remain available for a limited time. The closing date will be announced when submissions begin.

When will the selected couple be notified?

The selected couple will be contacted directly after all applications have been carefully reviewed. We ask for your patience during the selection process, as every application will be read personally.

Can I apply if I have already booked another photographer?

No. This opportunity is intended for couples who have not yet booked wedding photography.
